Why soy wax and not paraffin?
It burns slower and cleaner, holds scent better, and it’s plant-based. In practice: your candle lasts longer and the glass doesn’t blacken.
How long does a candle last?
Around 36–42 hours for the standard 200ml size. It depends on how long you leave it burning each time.
How long does a custom candle take?
Usually 5–7 days from the moment we agree on what we are making. For big orders (events, weddings) I need 2–3 weeks.
Can I send my own vessel?
Yes, if it takes heat — glass, ceramic or metal. Send me a photo first and I’ll tell you whether it works.
Do you make candles for weddings & events?
Yes, and they’re among my favourites. Large quantities need more time, so write to me as early as you can.
Do you ship across Greece?
Yes, by courier. Candles go out wrapped one by one; if it’s a gift, I’ll write the card too at no extra cost.
How do I look after my candle?
The first time, leave it lit until the whole surface has melted — that stops it tunnelling. Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn.
